Turner, Small 4to (185 x 115 mm), 15, [1]pp., lacks folding map, three additional pages of contemporary manuscript notes at the end, signed by Thomas Hamer (surveyor of works of the Driffield Navigation) and on behalf of the author, followed by a handwritten statement of support signed by Thomas Hamer, cont. half calf, marbled boards. This report presented by Page also gives an itemised list of estimate of the expense of completing the works. The manuscripts additions record the "alterations suggested at the last Meeting of the Proprietors" Page's additional costs for the aforementioned alterations. This report is not only extremely rare but the additional notes are of particular value. Skempton, 1013.
