[4], 182, [2], 53 [i.e. 55], lacks final blank G8, occasional shaving of head-lines, some light damp-staining of the first 50 leaves, title of part 2 with small repair on outer blank margin, front free endpaper with small piece excised from upper margin, early nineteenth century marbled boards with paper spine and Ms. label, a nice copy. Jodocus Clichtoveus, Flemish Reformhumanist important and controversial Catholic theologian of the Reformation period; one of the most influential teachers at the Sorbonne in Paris, initially stood on the side of the humanists and suggested a result of religious disputes on the side of strict scholasticism.
