London: Printed for Thomas Dring... 1655", engraved title vignette, orig. boards with vellum spine and corners. One of Sir Samuel Egerton Brydges reprints of the Lesser Caroline Poets. "...an interesting little volume reprinted in 1816 by Sir Samuel Egerton Brydges. Several poems are addressed to Thomas Stanley, whose mother was a sister of William Hammond, and there is an elegy On the Death of my much honoured Uncle, Mr. G. Sandys. The original edition is scarce, and Brydges's reprint was limited to forty copies."—DNB.
