London: Printed for James Scatcherd, First edition, [4], 27, [1]pp., with half-title. 2 Works bound in one, 8vo (222 x 140 mm), later cloth-backed boards, paper MS label to spine, uncut. The second title, published anonymously, was almost certainly written by the Thomas Wright of Ould, in response to a work by a different Thomas Wright of London, condemning the buying up of small farms by monopolists, published in 1795 entitled A short address to the public on the monopoly of small farms, a great cause of the present scarcity... with the plan of an institution to remedy the evil.
